This Privacy Policy describes how Yehl Ventures LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Roserel ("Roserel," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit Roserel.com (the "Site"), make a purchase from us, or otherwise communicate with us (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you place an order, create an account, contact us, or sign up for our newsletter, we collect information such as your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order details. If you contact customer support, we collect the contents of your communications.

Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors through our e-commerce platform. We do not store full payment card numbers; our processors handle your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable payment card industry standards. We receive limited information about your transaction, such as payment confirmation and the last four digits of your card.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and interaction with the Site ("Usage Data"), such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, and information collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which collects Usage Data on our behalf to operate the Site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: process and fulfill your orders, including sending order confirmations, processing payments, arranging shipping, and handling returns and exchanges; create and manage your account; provide customer support and respond to your inquiries; send you marketing communications, such as our newsletter, if you have signed up or otherwise opted in (you may unsubscribe at any time); operate, improve, and secure the Site, including analytics, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting; and comply with our legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect our rights and the rights of others.

3. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your cart and preferences, measure Site performance, and understand how visitors use the Site. Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings, including blocking or deleting them; if you do, some features of the Site may not function properly. Our e-commerce platform uses cookies that are necessary to provide the shopping experience, such as maintaining your cart between pages. 4. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information with: our e-commerce platform (Shopify) and other service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, shipping and fulfillment, email delivery, analytics, and customer support, and who may use the information only to provide those services; shipping carriers, to deliver your orders; professional advisors, such as accountants and attorneys, where necessary; law enforcement or governmental authorities when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Roserel, our customers, or others; and a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of any individual under sixteen years of age.

5. Marketing Communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter or otherwise opt in to marketing emails, we will send you communications about products, promotions, and events. You may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by emailing orders@hoppenly.com. We will still send you transactional messages, such as order confirmations and shipping notifications, as needed to provide the Services.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill orders, comply with our legal obligations (including tax and accounting requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted or anonymized in the ordinary course of business. As a general rule, we retain order and transaction records for at least four years from the end of the year of the order, consistent with Texas Tax Code recordkeeping requirements, and generally seven years for accounting, audit, and tax purposes. Account records are retained for as long as your account remains open and for a reasonable period afterwards. Marketing contact details are retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information, including the security infrastructure of our e-commerce platform and payment processors. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires it.

8. Children

The Site is a general-audience site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please email orders@hoppenly.com and we will delete it.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information under applicable law, including the right to know or access the personal information we hold about you, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to request deletion, the right to obtain a portable copy, and the right to opt out of certain uses. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising or for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

To exercise any of these rights, email orders@hoppenly.com, or write to us at the postal address in Section 13. Tell us what you are asking for and give us enough information to locate your record, such as the email address or order number associated with your purchase.

We will verify your request and respond within forty-five days. Where a request is complex, we may extend that period once by a further forty-five days and will tell you before we do. We may ask you for information to verify your identity, and will use it for that purpose only. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorization. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, or by emailing orders@hoppenly.com with the word "Appeal" in the subject line, within forty-five days. Your appeal will be reviewed by someone who did not make the original decision and we will give you a written answer, with reasons, within sixty days. If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to your state Attorney General; Texas residents may contact the Office of the Texas Attorney General, Consumer Protection Division, at texasattorneygeneral.gov.

California residents. California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes. We make no such disclosures.

10. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit, including those of our e-commerce platform and payment processors.

11. International Visitors

The Services are operated from the United States, and your information will be processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where we transfer personal data out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where relevant. Individuals in those regions may lodge a complaint with their local data protection supervisory authority, and we would ask that you contact us first at orders@hoppenly.com so that we can try to resolve the matter.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The Last updated date above reflects the most recent revision. If we make a material change, we will post the revised Policy on the Site before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Services after any changes are posted constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Policy.
